Vuelta en Andalusía
Between flamenco, tapas and Moorish cultural
monuments through the most beautiful sierras
of Spain to the highest passable pass in Europe,
the Pico Veleta. A cool tour with a lot of
culture awaits you !
"Venga" the father calls to his 14 year old son and so the two
cyclists start a lap (= Vuelta).
In Spain, cycling is practiced and we want to take you to
absolutely beautiful Andalusia. Already a few kilometers
behind the coast is a worthwhile destination by beautiful
Sierras (mountain ranges), little traffic and the cyclist is very
respected, thousands of signs with the inscription: Careful,
here are cyclists, remember 1.5 m distance, exhort the
motorists. This and the breathtaking scenery and the variety
of cultural assets makes Andalusia attractive, exciting
and unique. We have organized an exclusive trip for you that
is unparalleled.
Day 1: Arriving by plane to Malaga and transfer to the hotel, optional
roundabout.
Day 2: 87 km 2300 m up

back to the sea and before we drive through the beautiful Sierra Bermeja.
Fantastic views down to Gibraltar reward us. After a
delicious lunch in a typical Taberna we continue our way over the Puerto de
Espino, we get from the province of Malaga to Cadiz
where we expected a super tarred departure, release your brakes and go!

reach the Puerto de Las Palomas where we might see ibexes.

the Spanish guitar (flamenco guitar) like no other

as majestic as this place was built on the rocks. The views
of the landscape are beautiful and that's exactly where we get started. We
visit the Cuerva de Pileta, a cave where we see animal
drawings from earlier human times. Back in Ronda we visit the bullring and
take a small tour of the city. In the evening we visit the
flamenco traditional.

Puerto del Viento, makes our hearts beat faster. Lonely goat
herds meet us in this beautiful landscape, the asphalt rolls easily and
brings us over the Puerto de Málaga to our lunch break in a
quaint taverna. There, we continue along the royal canyon of Caminito del
Rey, surrounded by high cliffs, climbing a short 17% climb
before the landscape continues through the Sierra de Huma and the Sierra
de Chiminea and we reach Antequera. We are doing a
little city tour. The mighty Alcazaba invites you to dine with a great view
over the city.

Barco (pass of the ship) and through the Sierra de las Cabras (goats). A
natural landscape especially like the last time we saw wrens
there. In the Sierra de Camarolos we continue around the bend, it appears
the Queen of the Sierras, the Sierra Nevada, snowy,
majestic, absolutly magnifisant !
