Spring training in southern France over Easter
While the passes are still closed in the Alps, the Cote d'Azur calls for training
Wonderfully rolling passes, magnificent views of the still snow-capped peaks and at the same time the deep blue
sea, less frequented roads, grandiose cuisine, and nice medieval towns with bars, this and many more offers the
Coté de Maures. In our training camp we want to win shape with you, take daily trips and support you with optimal
training, regeneration, nutrition so that you start this season as successful as possible and have fun on your
passion racing bike and the goals you may have set , Here, joy and pleasure are in the foreground.
Day 1: Arrival by bus from Garmisch - Switzerland - boarding possibilities.
Day 2: 78 km - 900 m ascent
Rolling along the coast, we enjoy fantastic views of the sea, we exercise some short sprints make a few meters of acent in the lightly
backcountry of the mediterranian
Day 3: 83 km 1200 m ascent
First of all we are looking for Easter eggs !!!
We roll in for a few miles before heading into the hilly hinterland. The Mediterranean botany is fun, the legs may do the first strength
exercises, as soon as it flatter we drive loose frequencies.
Day 4: 8 km - 1500 m ascent
Today it should be a bit more, because on tomorrow's rest day the body may rest.
The beautiful impressions, the scent of the south and the herbs of Provence and the rolling asphalt feel good, so that today's tour is
not a strain, but a pleasure.
Day 5: In the rest lies the strength, we begin our rest day with a light stretching and gymnastics program and a relaxed cultural outing
to the university town of Ax en Provence. We change the location to get to know another area again.
Day 6: 92 km - 1200 m ascent
We work on our basis and drive a lonely road into the hinterland. Through old tunnels carved into the rock you continue uphill along
a ravine. We look forward to a delicious stop before it goes back through hilly roads along a gorgeous mountain scenery.
Day 7: 72 km 1400 m ascent
Today we work again on the power, it goes uphill, we recover as it flatten, the road rises beautifully until we come to a plateau where
we strengthen our lunch.
Day 8: 118 km 1600 m ascent
Today, an absolute highlight is the Grand Canyon Du Verdon, the largest European canyon gorge.

Day 9: Travel home via Switzerland to Garmisch
